PATIENT AND STAFF HEALTH AND SAFETY IS OUR #1 PRIORITY
Our Commitment To Your Safety
Our practice has always met and continues to meet and surpass all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Centers for Disease Control) standards to ensure total patient safety. We take every precaution to eliminate patient risk. Because of our meticulous handling of disease control and sterilization, it is safe to come to our office.

Safety protocols we use:

• Sanitization Checkpoint: everyone entering the dental practice is recommended to have their hands sanitized. Digital forms are used and encouraged to avoid use of pens and clipboards. If you have a cough or are sick, we encourage you to use a mask, use tissues for sneezing, and we have these available upon request. If you have tested positive for COVID and are symptomatic, we recommend rescheduling your appointment until symptoms subside and following any CDC guidelines related to isolation. All surfaces touched will be sanitized throughout the day and after being touched.
• Compliance Excellence: we have partnered with a compliance specialist to ensure we follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and CDC guidelines for dental offices. We hold ourselves to a high standard given we are a level 1 sedation facility and we are proud to keep our patients safe.
• Sterilization and Operatory Preparation: Prior to and after seating any patients, all equipment and work surfaces are properly disinfected. All instruments are sterilized. All patients have new chair covers and bibs provided. Sterilization equipment is tested daily for effectiveness.
• Office Cleaning: All work areas and touchpoints are disinfected throughout the day and at the end of the day. All floors are washed and equipment disinfected. This is in addition to the professional cleaning already performed.

Our office has always taken precautions and followed infection control recommendations regarding PPE. We have increased the PPE and aerosol mitigation protocols recently:

• Clinical Team Members: Masks, Caps, Gloves, Lab Coats, and Scrubs
• Other Aerosol Mitigation Methods: we leverage a variety of equipment and procedures to minimize aerosols including Mr. Thirsty devices and High Volume Evacuation Systems (HVE).
